      We supply two towel sets per King/Queen/Double bed and one per Twin bed. Each towel set contains a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Extra towel sets are available for rent, please call our office for more info.

    • Convenient keyless entry
      Once your home is ready and released, you can go straight to the house and use your keyless code. There is no need to pick up keys from our office!
    • Freshly made beds and bath towels
      Two towel sets are provided per each king, queen, and double bed, and one set is provided per each twin bed. Each towel set contains a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Each bathroom provides a bathmat and a start-up supply of bath soap and toilet tissue. You may rent more towel sets as needed at $8 (plus tax) per set per week.
    • Signature welcome package
      A reusable shopping bag and a start-up supply of the following items will be waiting at your home when you check in: freshly-roasted coffee, dishwashing detergent, sponges, dish towels, dishcloths, potholders, and paper towels.
    • Wi-fi and access to cable, satellite TV, or streaming capability
      If your group plans to use many devices simultaneously, please note that the bandwidth and download speeds may be affected.       Kitchens are stocked with basic cookware, tableware, dishwasher, microwave, 4+ burner stove, oven, toaster, blender, Keurig, and coffee maker.
    • Washer and dryer
      A start-up supply of laundry detergent is provided.
    • Outdoor shower
      Outdoor showers vary by home, from open rinse stations to enclosed shower stalls. They’re perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach!
    • Outdoor grill
      Grills vary by home and may be gas, charcoal, or both.
